Hi all!

New to this site, was recommended it by a pal of mine. I love it already, it really helps to keep track of what i'm eating.

This is attempt 100000000000 for me to lose some weight so here I go. I'm the heaviest i've ever been and would like to lose some and get fitter along the way. Joined the gym for the first time and am really enjoy that too :)

    ....just remember the three most important words of fitness on your journey.... Motivation, Moderation, and Movement!
    ...really use this tool to motivate you. Eat all foods in moderation. And keep moving! :)

    Got my legs bums tums class later ... it's my 6th one I think and it's only just starting to not hurt the day after lol.
