Does colonic irrigation make you loose weight and is it good for you? I'm just considering it as an option not only for a little bit of weight loss but also as I hear it can be a healthy thing to do..

You need to find a clean reputable establishment. It doesn't help you lose weight but it will definitely clean your system out if you are not regular and have been eating a highly processed diet. I use to get them all the time, in the inital stages of my weight loss journey back in 2001. But please ensure that it is a highly sanitary reputable instite that you are going to, you do not want to get injured or an infection.

Go to this thread and follow the cat fight. Colonics are dangerous and do ABSOLUTELY nothing to aide in weight loss.

    ^^ This

Its absolute nonsense, it doesn't help weight loss, it doesn't 'clear toxins'. It DOES remove good bacteria from your gut, increases risk of bowel infection and puts you at risk of bowel perforation.
The inside of your bowel doesn't need 'cleansing' it does that itself very effectively, and there is no 'build up' there that needs to come out. Just don't.
