So I am 5'5 maybe 5'6 163lbs and looking to get to my initial goal weigh of 150 lbs and maybe drop another 5 after that depending on how I feel.
Until 2 weeks ago I was running 3 days a week, approx 20km per week, and swimming once a week. Then I severely sprained my ankle. I have been stretching a lot, doing various crunches, push ups, some squats etc. I am hoping to start running again in 2-3 weeks but it will be slow short runs to start.
I am starting an Isagenix cleanse to help get off this plateau and kick start the final part of my journey.
So what else can I be doing while injured to burn those cals?
Is it realistic to drop 13 lbs in 8 weeks? My birthday is April 29th so that is my initial goal.
Is sticking to my 1380 cals a day enough to drop a pound a week or do I need to be getting the
Cardio in some other way?
