Boy...
Just let myself have a break from tracking myself 24/7 and WOW I have gained a few.
It's hard sometimes but I better start measuring and recording again if I ever want tot make it.

there's definitely no such thing as a break that lasts more than a day in this game0

not recording will eventually be a way of life once you feel ok without doing it and able to maintain...perhaps carry a notepad..its less tedious than doing it online i think....kudos for catching your slip up and moving on to better things again0
