Cardio before or after?

Hey guys, I work out almost everyday doing about 20 minutes of strength training followed by 40 minutes of cardio.
Someone told me that the best way to exercise is to save cardio for last (doing strength training first).
Does it really make a difference? Are there any advantages/disadvantages from doing cardio at the beginning or end of your workout?

I would rather focus my energy on lifting, so weights first.0
