My name is Courtney. :) I'm 25, & from the Pittsburgh area. I started my weight loss journey last January where I started out at 163 pounds. My wedding was in June which was my major motivation to finally lose some weight! I got down to 137.5 for our wedding. I have since gained 3 lbs, and ideally am looking to get down to about 125-130 pounds. I hit my goal of 140 for our wedding, but now would love to set a new goal and pass the old one up. I haven't been in the 130's since highschool, so it would feel great to be there again. I have a daughter who is almost 2 and a half so it has been a job to get all of the baby weight off, but as of right now I'm 15 lbs. lighter than my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm on the Advocare Herbal Cleanse right now. It's 10 days long and I'm on day 7. I hoping it helps me lose at least a couple pounds. If anyone has any tips or pointers for me to lose about 10 lbs. I'd really appreciate it! My weight is at a standstill and I can't really get it to budge! I do go to the Gym regularly and will do 10 to 20 min. on the elliptical then strength training. Thank you!

  • The heavier you are, the easier it is to lose weight...it's when you get down close to your goal weight that the pounds start to hang on for dear life! I think if you feel and look good, then what the scale says doesn't really matter. Just keep doing what you're doing to stay in shape. :)
  • Thanks!! And I have noticed that the in the beginning of my weight loss, it started just falling off. Now it's so hard! Lol.
