“Fat” Discrimination

Do you ever have those moments when you realize people just don’t respect you because you are overweight? I have had a couple of days like that this week. I know I have the power to change my thinking and my body, but it is just not right! Makes me angry, I guess I am angry at myself and everybody else this week……trying to turn it into motivation.
