Plateau and REALLY FRUSTRATING

Ok so Ive been on this mission for nearly a year and lost 34lbs but have another 50lbs to go.
I train 3 times week and do cardio the others. I can see my body changing in that my stomach is going down and I see some muscle in the flabby arms but c'mon we all know that it's the pounds we want to see melt away!!!
I eat properly and always under my calorie goal and keep changing things around. I went from no carbs in a week to limited carbs and then balanced diet etc...I dont eat anything remotely sweet, no butter....no sodas or juice. My trainer seems to think that I may not be eating enough!!!! I am on a budget and need to make sure what I cook on a daily basis also works for a hungry husband and two kids...Any suggestions from anyone? I will post this in the nutrician section too!!
