  • YES I did have a donut earlier ......I'll walk tonight.....I love walking.....and when I get real real serious about losing my 10 extra lbs I will....... I know it probably doesnt seem like Im being serious about losing my weight but why get all upset about cheating once in awhile.......we only live once..and life is too short to be all down and out about a few extra lbs.........BUT I will walk tonight.........I will I will..........

I do agree life is too short to be down and out about anything......I just know it will take longer to reach goals if your adding in uneccessary calories and fat...but when your "real real" serious Im sure you will buckle down..good luck:flowerforyou:

No one is responsible for what you put in your mouth but you. Ultimately you are the one who decides when you will get serious. Just remember excuses don't make us lose weight so have a good walk. It is raining and cold here so I will be doing my walking on the treadmill today. :grumble:
  • I know I am the one responsible for what I eat..........and Im not saying Im giving up or anything like that............AND I am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers..and lost at least 30 lbs within the last couple years.......sooooooo having a little setback isn't going to kill me............hmmmmm....Sorry but for a Monday I seem to be in a good mood..........

Hey....a donut and a piece of cake may be 400-500 calories...if you had a healthy low-fat breakfast, lite lunch, and good dinner - you can still stay close to your calories (including your exercise ones). As long as your calories and overall food measures are still within goal then it shouldn't matter that you had a donut and a piece of cake - will make it harder for sure, but you can still be within your goals (I had a piece of pizza for lunch - so I had some lite fruit to round it out so as not to go over for the day).
