    Is that the norm... to buy the donkey for your exercises and when you are finished to make it into a skinny recipe.. sounds kinda ruthless to me.

    I really feel that some people are taking advantage of me being inexpierenced in the fitness world. I do NOT enjoy people messing with me. This is a serious question. Did you miss the SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY! I googled donkey calf raises.. Everyone knows that what on the internet is legit. This is clearly an exercise were you do not wear a costume or have a man on your shoulders. I don't even know why I bother asking for help!

    Please post a thread telling everyone how mean they are. :flip:

    I believe they do this exercise a lot in Mexico and call it The Donkey Show.

    Is the :flip: your method for displaying sarcasm? I think the font comic sans should be made the universal sarcasm font.
