Am I losing weight to fast?

Hello everyone,
I was wondering if I am losing weight to fast. I joined a "Biggest Loser" competition and I could use $400.
I have lost 10 pounds in the last 3 weeks. I try to stay under 1800 calories, but I do a lot of cardio. Some times as much as 800 calories of cardio a day. Should I eat more on the days I work out?

I would say no. It is about three pounds per week and since it is biggest loser, I would be happy with that. As far as if you should eat more on the days you work out, I would go by how you feel.0

no men tend 2 lose faster anyway if they put forth the effort and the average iz 2 -3 lbs per week so u r doin great0
