What is a good FREE I phone app for circuit training that saves the workouts?
I'm using "seconds free", but the free version doesn't save the workouts.
It lets me enter in the exercise name, the time for each exercise, and how many circuit sets I want to do. It even counts down 3,2,1, then says what the next exercise is. The only negative is that it doesn't save the workouts.
