I was doing very well, til I sprained my ankle a while back. I started to gain all my weight back. But NO MORE EXCUSES!! I'm going to get back on track starting today! I wish I would've started at breakfast, but putting down your food honestly, really keeps me focused on why I'm not losing weight. If anyone has words of encouragement, I'd appreciate it!
