If you read my bio, I am 18 years old and have struggled with weight pretty much my whole life. I was always bigger than everyone else. In 7th grade I reached my highest weight, 155 pounds. Being 5'1 this was very embarrassing to me. Thankfully after entering high school the weight just magically fell off! I am now barely under the "normal" weight category according to the BMI. I want to lose 15-20 pounds and I used to think it was going to be impossible until I saw people on this website that have lost 100+ pounds. I just wanted to say thank you to all of you who have lost a very significant amount of weight. It shows me that if you can lose that much, I can surely lose 15-20. I just wanted to thank everyone on this site for the motivation :) Feel free to add me if you would like! The more friends I have the more motivation I have. :) I love this site and it's upbeat atmosphere. Thanks again everyone for being so supportive!

I agree, it's very inspiring to see some of the weight loss here!

But don't let that diminish or make you feel as though your relatively (smaller) loss isn't substantial as well :)

    Good luck!
