If you read my bio, I am 18 years old and have struggled with weight pretty much my whole life. I was always bigger than everyone else. In 7th grade I reached my highest weight, 155 pounds. Being 5'1 this was very embarrassing to me. Thankfully after entering high school the weight just magically fell off! I am now barely under the "normal" weight category according to the BMI. I want to lose 15-20 pounds and I used to think it was going to be impossible until I saw people on this website that have lost 100+ pounds. I just wanted to say thank you to all of you who have lost a very significant amount of weight. It shows me that if you can lose that much, I can surely lose 15-20. I just wanted to thank everyone on this site for the motivation Feel free to add me if you would like! The more friends I have the more motivation I have. I love this site and it's upbeat atmosphere. Thanks again everyone for being so supportive!

I agree, it's very inspiring to see some of the weight loss here!
But don't let that diminish or make you feel as though your relatively (smaller) loss isn't substantial as well
Good luck!0
