Accounting for oil in caf. food

Hey, what's y'all's opinion on this?

I get meat from my caf, such as grilled chicken fillets. They cook it with oil. I always firmly press my meat with multiple napkins to "cleanse the chicken." But how much is likely still in the meat?

I do the same thing for roasted veggies.

How much oil should I put in for my food diary?

For veggies, if they seem oily, I put 1 TB oil for 1 C veggies. If they don't seem oily, I put 1 TB for the whole meal (I eat 2 C veggies).
Meat absorbs more oil than a lot of veggies, so I would try 1 TB for 3 oz. If you don't seem to be losing weight as fast, maybe more.

1 TB per meal is what I've been using, and I'm weight stable for the months I've been doing it.
