Just change your lifestyle to support healthy living, and let the weight come off slowly. Do as people suggest here, weight train and tone up. Even if it takes you 8 years to lose 80lbs, who cares? Slower is the way to go. Just don't go overboard and drop it all fast.0

<--- lost 112 lbs total from 283 lbs and a plus size 24 US jean to 171 lbs and a size 10 US jean.
Now I am 175 lbs and wear a size 8 US jean gained a few lbs from lifting weights, I bench press 90lbs and leg press 250 lbs now. Yay!!
If you do it the rite way and use some small things to help you wont have that much loose skin luv :flowerforyou:0
