Three things I love right now -
I recently bought pants that are two sizes down from where I started
I can see my jaw line and collar bones
From only lifting for a week, I can already tell a difference in my triceps (bye bye, turkey arms!)0 -
My boyfriend, for being a sarcastic, loving a hole.
My boyfriends 7 year old son, for being a sarcastic, smart, loveable pr*ck.
Our twisted family unit that many don't understand.
I am so thankful that no matter how hard of a day that I have, with weight loss or just a general hard day, I can come home and have it all disappear with my little sarcastic family.0 -

Seriously, tho...non-food things I love:
1. Sweat and heart rate during a workout while secretly cursing the trainer under my breath
2. The feeling of having just finished a tough workout that I started out thinking I just wasn't into it today
3. Turning in at the end of the day, knowing I've accomplished everything I'd set out to do that day.0 -
As of right this second...
I love my desk phone because it's only rang twice this morning
I love my Febreeze because people in the waiting room smellin funky today
And I love the fact that I got a lovely text this morning making me realize that I am occassionally thought about :blushing:0 -
