Question on weighing in

I weighed in yesterday at 133.8 after almost two weeks of going from 133 to 135 and back again. This morning I weighed in at 131.8 but I am afraid to log that for fear that I will now be moving between 131 and 133. Should I log this or give it a week?
Thank you!!!
Thank you!!!

I only log losses, personal choice.0

Log it. Stop obsessing over 1-3 lbs. swings and weigh yourself once per week, naked, first thing in the morning after using the bathroom.0

Completely up to you. If it won't bother you that you'll log a gain later, then do it now. If that would bother you, wait a week or so.
Weight goes up, weight goes down. *Shrug* as long as the longer trend is in the down direction, that's all that really matters.0 -
You will be moving between 131 and 133, because that's how the body works. 1-3 lbs is a normal weekly fluctuation that depends on what you ate yesterday, whether you've, erm, been to the bathroom, where you are in your period cycle...
I use the scale every day, but only log when I'm down. It's more inspiring when I see a steady downward line on the progress chart. :P0 -
I totally agree with bizco on this. If you weigh more often it'll get discouraging if the numbers don't drop the way you'd like to see them. Also, don't stress over numbers. Go by how you look, feel (physically and mentally) and how your clothes fit.0

I have a weigh in day the same day every week. If i getting nosiey and peak before it doesn't count. It easier with a set weekly weigh in day and also simlar times helps. In a single day your weight changes any where between 1 - 3 pounds a day due to eating then digesting and also using the toilet.0

It's always going to matter when you weigh yourself, before, after meals, different time of the day.
I choose to weigh myself once a week on Tuesdays after work, before dinner. Just set a standard time and it will be more consistent.0 -
Log it!! It was a loss!!! Don't worry if it fluctuates a couple pounds! I weigh in every day, but I only log when there's been a loss. It doesn't bother me at all when I see it go up a couple pounds b/c I know in a week it will be down a few more! That's just how this weightloss thing works!!
Celebrate that it's going down! Great job!0 -
Daily weigh ins are emotional suicide. I agree with anyone who already said once per week.0
