Making choices

I need to make a choice. I am a bit hungover today from hanging out with an unexpected out of town visitor. Yesterday would have been a good day except all the booze calories. I really want something delicious for lunch (pasta, lasagna, pizza, etc). But I know what I should do is have my salad that I brought and go to the gym later.

Do I indulge myself today and get back on the horse tomorrow or summon the strength to do it today??

    Compromise, have lovely pasta or lasagne with your healthy salad so you have smaller portion of higher calorie food. After a nice relaxing lunch of something you really wanted get your self down the gym. I'm a great believer of everything in proportion. :drinker:
