A new start

Hi My name is Nia=ka and I'm 19.
I am 5'8 I weigh 85 kg (177pounds) My starting weight was 97 kg ( 202 pounds). When I first met my partner in 2008 I was in size 8 jeans and from there I slowly started gaining weight untill now my size 16/18. I tried to lose weight last year I went from 83kg (173) to 74 kg (153) and then stopped and not only gained the weight back on I gained an extra 14 kg. I have been meaning to diet it wasn't until I visted my doctors beginning of the year and got a big health talk from him and told my health risks if my weight gain continued. I left the doctors went to my local pharmacy and talked to the Kate Morgan Lady about how to start my weight loss. Due to the amount of meals I was eating a day she suggested I did a 3 week detox first to help cleanse my body forthis new start. After my detox I had managed to lose 4 kg and did feel I was eating less food. Then I started on the Kate Morgan diet. So far I have lost a further 8 kg on this diet over 4 weeks but I am finding I really dont want to eat salad any more due to eating it twice a day for a month.
I am still on my Kate Morgan shakes but I am focusing more on counting calories instead of following the Kate Morgan diet so strictly.
In total I want to lose 35 kg putting me at a healthy 62 kg :-)
