New Leaf Testing at YMCA?

I'm curious if anyone has done it? What your thoughts were on the results and what the trainer said for you to do? I did the testing today and I felt the trainer was pretty vague about how I should change up my routine, other than instead of eating 1200 calories as a base I should eat 1305 as that what my RMR is. I asked if I should eat my exercise calories and she didn't really give me a good answer? I still have about 20lbs to loose but I've been eating 1200 calories for the last 4 months.
She said I was in much better shape than she thought though. My VO2 was 42.3 (way above average) and here are my zones
Zone 1 148-158 BPM
Zone 2 158-163 BPM
Zone 3 163-168 BPM
Zone 4 168-170 BPM
My Aerobic Base is 159 and my Anaerobic threshold is 168
