Hey!

I have used this site before to lose some weight, took a break, and now I am back! So far this has been the best calorie counter and exercise tracker I have found, both online and on the app on my droid! I hope to find motivation and some accountability on here, and would love to provide that to others as well! Last year for 2 months I went low carb/no carb (mostly just stayed away from bread, pasta, etc.) and had great success with that, losing around 20 pounds for those 2 months. I would love to try that again but so far am having a hard time not eating all those things I love :). Also, does anyone know how many calories one might burn while doing Jillian Michaels ripped in 30? I am doing that, currently on day 2 of week 1... I woke up SO sore this morning! I try to workout regularly but Jillian is HARD.
