I finished logging in my meals I had planned for today and I thought I was doing ok until I saw how much sodium I was planning on taking in. It just seemed like a ton!! How much is too much and what is the least amount one should take in for the day?

The body needs 500mg per day to function properly. reccomended daily amounts are around 1200 - 3300mg per day. These numbers are subjective depending on whether or not you're Hypertensive. Hope this helps0
