help!! need tips to stop cravings

hi i've been signed up since new years day but need tips to put the cravings at bay. i seem to crave more chocolate, crips and anything sweet since starting my app, i've heard people say that if you cut out your favourite food all together you crave it more, is that true or a myth

    I think it's different for everybody. Some people can keep a bag of chips (sorry, crisps!) in the house and count out one serving a day and that helps them stay on their diet plan. Other people have to keep them out of the house entirely and that is the only way they can stay on track. I am a bit of both. There are some foods that I have the ability to eat just a bit of, and there are others (cake or cookies) that I need to stay away from except for once in a while. I think it's whatever works best for you...sorry, that may be no help!
