Hello!

I'm working on getting healthy! I'm 25 years old, work part-time, and am working on MBA. I'm also (more importantly) getting married on September 1st! I started using the Ease into 5k app this week, and usually work out at least 3 hours a week (walking, elliptical, swimming..etc). I'm also starting the 30 day shred this weekend.

What do people recommend for diets? I'm staying within my calories (for the most part), but I wasn't sure if a low-carb diet is as good as people say it is. I have about 50 more pounds I want to lose before the wedding.
