So I'm not feeling very good today, no energy and basically feeling like poop. When I'm like this I just feel the need to eat. So I decided that I'm having a day off from my diet but still logging all my food just to see how much it adds up to.
I'm shocked!! I'm already way over my calories and I'm having to hold back. I could eat a boat load more but seeing it there in black and white (and knowing all my friends can also see it) is stopping me from having anything else today.
No wonder I used to be fat!! Today is nothing compared to what I used to shovel down!!

    I dread to think how many calories I would eat on a pig-out day, pizza, pringles, peanuts, beer, beer, beer, chocolate, sandwiches... must have been thousands of cals over, you're right, it's easy to pile the fat on

    You're not alone. I am addicted to food. That is why we are here cause we care about ourselves. It would be so easy to pack on the calories, thank goodness for logging on a food journal, really puts it into perspective. You're doing great, I saw your before and after pix yesterday, excellent job girl!!!!
