'ABS' and I'll do 20 Sit Ups
'LEGS' and I'll do 20 Jumping Jacks
'QUADS' and I'll do 20 Leg Lifts
'ARMS' and I'll do 20 Push Ups
'CARDIO' and I'll run for 10 minutes
'THIN' and I'll do it all.

    90 crunches
    80 squats
    70 leg lifts
    60 wood choppers
    50 jumping jacks
    50 crunches
    30 squats

    10 squats
