Hello everyone! I am new to eating right and actually caring about my health. Since I have been counting my intake I've been realizing all the bad stuff I used to eat. I have more energy and I don't feel sluggish. I modeled for years and had issues with my yoyo weight. I weighed 150 before I started my lean cuisines and now I lost over 3 pounds in less.than two weeks! Could anyone give me examples of their routines and how to manage your weight without it being a huge fuss? My goal is to just weigh 115 lbs.
