Hi all! I signed up for MFP 5 months ago, but did not stick with it. I decided today to actually do this! It is my goal to get back to my high school weight....over 80 lbs :-/ Unfortunately, I tore a ligament in my right ankle last month and have to start PT next week. Can anyone suggest exercises I can do that does not put a lot of stress on my ankle? All I have are Jillian Michael's DVDs and a treadmill. I can't do either of those...Please help :-)
