It seems like I am eating so much healthier now and not as much food! But by the end of the day I go over my calories that Im suppost to have! What am I doing wrong????

You will have to open your diary for anyone to take a look and see if we can offer any advice.... What is your daily calorie goal???0

I dont know what you are eating (cant see your diary) but be careful with a lot of the "low fat" "100 calorie pack" packaged foods out there. Many of them are quite deceiving. Portion is a big deal also. I cant live without rice, although its heavy on calories- so i still eat rice every day just in moderation.
And also note WHEN you eat the most and try to determine a pattern. If you are among friends a lot when you are eating- maybe you are socially eating?0 -
Can you tell me how to open my Dairy? And my calories a day are 1210 calories.0

I eat the most at supper time.. I have lunch around one after school and work and then i have an apple or orange around two or three and then when six o clock rolls around im ready for supper!!0

I think that your eating it fine, just exercise a little more to up your calorie intake.0
