NSV mean more then the Scale

I see a lot of post about no weight loss ect. I actually was one of those people. I was getting frustrated because I wasn't seeing the scale move as fast as I thought it should. I have been with MFP for several months, just recently very serious though. And I now believe that what the scale says really doesn't matter short term. We need to be looking at NSV- Non Scale Victories that really tells us how much we have been putting into calories, cardio, weight lifting ect. I have lost 10 pounds. I cant really look in the mirror and see the change but I can see the NSV changes. Please remember do not get discouraged. I never took measurements because I didn't think it made much of a difference. Believe me it does. I took measurements this time. I have not actually remeasured but plan on it soon.
NSV for me so far
Pant Size 18-16
I can complete a mile on the treadmill without stopping
Complete 20 crunches without stopping
I can see daylight between my thighs when standing ( this is a big thing with women)
Have A LOT more energy
Not as depressed
I can touch my toes now LOL
