I really MEAN it this time!!!

So I've been on this thing before and I always fade out and go back to my old ways. My old ways being ANYTHING fast food and gourmet burgers. My favorite things in the world are french fries and TACO BELL. So needless to say...I'm going to need some help. :happy: Please feel free to add me as a friend!! I'm also looking for good recipes that I can make at home on a budget (I usually cook for myself and my boyfriend, who eats enough for 4 people lol). I went grocery shopping last night and got some Lean Cuisines for lunch at work and I got whole grain pasta instead of the regular (I could eat pasta for every meal of every day, with Taco Bell for dessert). But I know I'm going to end up just like I always do: running out of things to make at home, and eventually giving up and eating out for every meal again. I need some support!!

I know people will look at my profile and think "She's not even overweight, she needs to shut up and stop complaining." But I'm not complaining. I may have a lower weight in numbers, but that doesn't mean I'm healthy. I believe that no matter your weight or your goal, everyone should be able to look in the mirror and be proud of what they see. So that's what I'm going for. I'll appreciate all the help I can get!! :happy:
