Can you get cut and lean without the aid of supplements?
First let me state that I have absolutely nothing against supplements or dietary aids I personally just don't want to spend an arm and a leg on products to maintain my physical form not do I want my body to become a landfill for all this stuff for the rest of my life.
I'm really curious to know whether or not anyone else is attempting to lose weight without the aid of supplements or has already. And if so what are you doing for things like muscle recovery, energy for your workouts and such?

You can but it may take you a little longer to get there, just think back in the day they didnt have all this but now we do, Im all for it if you're using it as a aid but just solely to get you fit.
Protein is a must for m,uscle recovery.0 -
I've lost weight in the past and I took L-Caritine. I wouldn't contribute my weight lost to a vitamin. I've taken other supplements before with no result. I believe natural is the way.0

@Dbow I have done protein before and it wasn't too bad, but it felt like after my supply ran out I just got fat from lack of it...and I'm ccertain other things as well.0

I am not looking to get "cut and lean" by any means so this might not really help you at all but I have lost 100 pounds in a year without any pills or suppliments at all. All I did was change my diet and start exercising more. I do eat more protein than I used to but I do not use protein powder or anything like that. Good luck on your weight loss journey0

I'll work on that. Perhaps a stomach virus would work as well. Note to self: Go to golden Corral tonight and eat after the little kid with his hands in his pants. *good idea*0 -
