I bought the lemon pepper ( I think) Tenderloin from Kroger the other day, in the meat section. My stepmom used to make this in the crockpot with sauerkrat, and it sounds soooo good! I was wondering if anyone has ever made it like that, because I can't really find a recipe for it, and she can't remember :( I was just going to cut it up and throw it in, and put the sauerkraut in with it, but, wasn't sure if I should put any extra "juice" or water in... Ugh. If anyone has any ideas, they are all welcomed :flowerforyou:

pork and saurkraut.. yummy I would suggest you leave the tenderloin whole until it is done cooking, it will stay more tender. you can put in the kraut with the juice, and add a little more water or FF chicken broth if there isnt alot of liquid in the kraut. By using a crock pot there is hardly any way to mess it up though.

I add chicken broth, the sourkraut and a couple of bay leaves on top of the whole tenderloin. I usually add a couple of tablespoons of brown sugar too:blushing: It takes a little of the bitterness out of the kraut.
