Hey everyone, joined this site after a bit of browsing and thought this would be a good way to track my food intake and exercise. Im 23 and from East Lothian in Scotland and a stay at home mum. I am ashamed to say that I have tried and failed a few diets but with this one I seem to be doing alot better than in the past.
I have alot of weight to lose but I want to do it for the sake of my own health and to be able to run around with my baby when she is older and also to make my parents proud (they are pretty fit and are into running alot)
