Looking for a support network :)

Hey everyone,

I've been a member for just under 3 months now and thought it might be about time to develop a support system. I don't have that much to lose at this point (5-10 lbs tops), but I've found a new passion for strength training and would like tone up as much as possible. It would be cool to talk to people who can offer advice and motivation on that front!

I was also a binge-eater for almost 10 years (bulimic for a lot of that, too), but I've been in pretty solid recovery for the last few years. I don't trigger anymore (yay!) and so I finally felt comfortable to try calorie -counting, which I've wanted to do for a while in order to gauge my portion sizes. If anyone's been through something similar and would like the added emotional support, please feel free to add me!
