Coconut Sugar??? Anyone ever used???

A co-worker was telling me about it this morning and I thought it sounded interesting. I did a little research on it and it says its a natural sugar that comes from the flower of the coconut plant, and is not chemically processed like the sugar we consume. I'm looking for anyone who has ever used it and if so, do you like? Is it pricey?
