    Great article. I've been on a plateau for a couple months now and I've been doing Jillian Michaels 30 DS on level 2 Day 17 now and I haven't lost any weight. I can feel a difference in my muscles but I can't tell if I've lost inches. I have been contemplating dropping my calories from the suggested 2400 to possibly 1800. Haven't made up my mind yet. With the warmer weather upon us we tend to do a lot of hiking and biking so I'm afraid that I may drop them too low. I'll just have to play with it.
