Not sure how I should feel about this..

on Tuesday, Tom came. That day I barely got in 30 minutes of exercise, I kept having bad cramps in my side that I just couldn't work through. On Monday, I did two 30 minute sessions without any problems, same for yesterday. I've been eating a bit more today, mostly because I have been craving sweets. I've had a hard time meeting my goals the passed couple weeks, so should I feel bad about taking a break today and eating around 300 more than my goal? I'm less than a hundred over now, but I tend to snack more at night, though it's usually because I haven't touched my exercise calories yet.

I'm also doing zumba, and I don't think I've hurt myself as I was fine yesterday. It's more like the cramps I used to get in pe while running.
