How do I measure Kinect exercises?

I play fruit ninja and a lot of the sports games and i treat them like exercises even when its just for fun with friends... how should I list it if I do an hour of sweaty gaming?!

The only real way would be to track it with a heart rate monitor... other than that, I'm not sure how you would go about doing that.0

I use the Kinect to do Your Fitness Evolved 2012. I use a heart rate monitor to track calories burned.0

I'd probably log it as low impact aerobics or something like that and call it a day. Basically just estimate calories burned based on Rate of Perceived Exertion.0
