I have been really keeping track of every bite/oz/calorie that I have been putting in my mouth for the last 2 weeks...
most days I have done really good staying right below my calories. Once I went WAY over but I did not kick myself I just got back on the horse and kept riding in the right direction.
My dilemma for this evening is I have to many calories left in my day. I still have 923 calories on my day to eat. I am not hungry and I have had my desert after dinner.... What should I do?
1. Stop for my day...(hope that I don’t put my body into starvation)
2. Find something to fit into that range? (suggestions welcome cause I am thinking chocolate!! which i know is WRONG!!)
What would you do?

I always eat right when I go to bed... I am a type 2 diabetic and needs something to sustain my sugars til morning.. I take a cup of 30 almonds and a glass of 1% Chocolate Milk.. This snack is 560 calories..... I may not be starving when I head to bed but I still eat this every night........0

one day with low calories isn't gonna kill you. neither will ice cream, chocolate, pizza, or beer.0

If it were me I wouldn't make myself eat because I had a suggested number to meet. I would save it for if I felt hungry later. For me forcing myself to eat when I'm really not physically hungry was what got me into this mess in the first place.0

If you're not hungry, don't eat. It takes weeks of severe caloric deficit (usually) before your body will start to say "hey, whatcha doin'? Knock it off!" At the same time, if you want an extra treat, enjoy it!0

Having extra calories one day will not send you spiraling into starvation mode.
If you are hungry eat, and hey why not have chocolate?
If you aren't hungry, don't eat.
Simple as that.0
