I need some help if anyone can. I entered treadmill under cardio but it doesn't ask for speed, incline, or distance. the calcs from the treadmill at the gym was about half of what is on here. So what do I do to correct. I don't want to lye to myself and think I'm doing better than I really am. Anyone go an answer? Thanks

You can just click in the box where calories are displayed and enter the number from the gym. If there is a discrepancy between what equipment at the gym says, versus my HRM or the MFP counter, I usually go with the lowest number just to make sure I am not overestimating my calories burned and then overeating because of it.0

if you go under cardio there are several speeds to chose from. You can change the number the MFP puts in.0

I've had a hard time with this exercise stuff too. I had to ask someone like my sister or daughter for help. I don't think any of this is totally correct.0
