One sided weakness

I've noticed lately that my left arm seems much weaker than my right arm. Example: doing dumbbell seated Arnold presses, 15 lbs is just right on my right side. I can do it, but it's challenging. However, on my left side I'm fighting for each rep.
So, what should I do? Do I keep at the "right side" weight and hope the left side catches up, or drop to the "left side" weight until I can add weight?

Personally, I'd drop down so the weights are even, otherwise you could end up with uneven muscle tone. I'm no expert though. I had a traumatic injury to my left arm and it doesnt fully function so I do exercises that use a medicine ball in both hands and it works out pretty well.0
