Am I setting a realistic weight loss goal?

Hello all! I'm 22 yrs old and I'm 5'4". I currently weigh 265 lbs and I'm hoping to be down to 230lbs by June 1st which would be 10lbs per month. Is this a realistic goal? I know I need to adjust my calories for every 10lbs and I'm going to be working out 5 days a week so hopefully I can pull it off. What do y'all think?

If you shoot for 2 lbs a week give or take you should be around that weight
So it's realistic to me.

I'd say yes cuz I started at 237 on Aug 1 and was 207 by Nov 1, so 30 lbs down in 3 months exercising 6 days a week at least (I added zumba classes twice a week in sept on top of this). Good luck, you can do it!0
