water vs real

Water weight loss vs real weight loss.... any thoughts on this? I think, for me, the first week maybe two may have been water weight loss. not that i mind as i feel i have been flushing out the bad with all the water i have been drinking. Just wondered if anyone else feels like this or has an opinion on the subject.

I think mine has been real weight loss, as I have been exercising regularly and deliberately drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. But I don't know any of the facts about this stuff, just going off what I feel. (oh, and I'm also eating more that before I started MFP. Before that it wouldn't be odd of me to skip a meal because of class times).
I'm interested on what facts people have about water weight.0 -
I believe early it was probably more water, but I am now trusting the system of calories in vs calories out, tracking calories with a HRM is awesome my workouts now feel more productive0
