Low-cal breakfast ideas?

My standard go-to breakfast is some egg whites with mushrooms, spinach, and salsa, a couple of pieces of Canadian bacon, and one piece of Ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread with a little Better N' Peanut Butter, and some almond milk. It all clocks in at around 200-250 calories. Then I treat myself to a mid-morning clementine or two as a sort of 2nd breakfast shortly after I get to work.0

I like the 100 calories Thomas English Muffins with 1 tbs of peanut butter.
I also like the Thomas' Bagel Thins (about 100 cal) with whipped cream cheese.
You can also nuke turkey bacon (sometimes I use Butterball Everyday bacon) - 3 slices is a serving - with a little bit of scrambled egg beaters or whole grain toast......
Cereal just seems to make me hungrier, so I almost never eat cereal in the a.m.
Good luck!!!0 -
My go to breakfast is oatmeal. I like it plain with cinnamon and splenda or with 1/2 cup fresh blueberries mixed in, it's super yummy!
On days I work out I have a protein shake for breakfast with a peice of fruit or fruit juice (not from concentrate).
Also, wheat pancakes with sugar free syrup and scrambled egg whites is da bomb!!!!:explode:  Hope this helps hun, oh and there's always Cheerios!0 -
I eat a piece of wheat toast with 2 TSP of low fat cream cheese.0

Try a smoothie! that's what i drink everyday and I love it because it's refreshing and not too heavy for the morning plus filling . I put in 1 medium banana, 1 cup frozen mixed berries, 2 tbls flax seed powder, and about 3/4 cup organic carrot juice (with no sugar added). Ends up being about 297 calories0

My mornings are crazy, so most of the time I have peanut butter (1 Tbsp) on whole wheat bread as I'm walking out the door and a banana once I get to work. Off the top of my head I think that works out to about 250 or a little less.0
