NSVs when feeling super demotivated!

I've just gained back 5 pounds after losing 5 pounds. And I haven't worked out in 2 weeks, so I was feeling sluggish, fat, generally demotivated.

But then I was reminded of progress in small ways:

+ I wear a smaller shoe size now! For the first time in my life, I can wear normal dress shoes because my feet aren't so fat!
+ I can loop my fingers around my wrists and part of my forearms--that has NEVER happened to me before!
+My ring, which has always been too tight for my ring fingers, is now too loose. I have to wear it on my still chubby first finger!
+I can feel collarbones! Can't see 'em quite yet, but I can feel them!

What NSVs have kept you motivated, even when bad days have struck?
