Hi everyone! I am struggling with lower calorie foods that can give me higher protein. Anything besides beef, fish and peanuts?

Protein = calories.. 4cals per gram. What you really want is foods which are high in protein, but low in carbs and fats...

Namely lean cuts of meat and fish are the two best sources.
  • 1 2.6 Oz pack of chunk light tuna is a whopping 18g of protein. I eat one a day for my afternoon snack. NO MAYO. Just eat it and go. Might add mustard every now and then. ThinkThin has some pretty great bars that are high in protein, gluten and either real low or no sugar. Almost all bars have 3g or les of sugar and at least 10g of protein. Jif to go is another good alternative.
