(NSV) I got high for the first time...

... off of exercise! :laugh: (couldn't resist)
Anyway the back story:
I bought a kettlebell and I was totally pumped to try it out tonight. It was an intense, sweaty, muscle screaming 30 min BLAST! It was so much fun! After downing some water, grabbing the dog, and my tunes I headed outdoors to do Week 2 Day One of C25K. It was a beautiful 74 degrees out and the sunset was so pretty. So many shades of pink, purple, orange fading into a dark blue...
And the work out... was awesome. I felt that great burn and pushed through it without stopping and halfway through it settled in. This rush of euphoria and energy. I have never felt anything like it before. So many things happened in that moment but the one that sticks out the most is that bone deep confirmation that what im doing is right on so many levels. Some days it sucks and I rather curl up on the couch and relax but ultimately this is what I need, for body and mind.
My motivation level is at 150% and im super pumped about it.
I CAN DO THIS!
* As a side note I feel like I found my exercise holy grail with kettleball work. I feel like i've been missing out all this time :happy:
