knee issue

I've been jogging on the treadmill and doing 30ds (leg1day5). I have right knee pain. It sounds like rubberbands snapping when I do the knee circles. Anyone experience this? I don't have time for the Dr yet and it's not too bad, just wondering if I just stretched something and if taking a break for a day or two might help.

    It's possible you just overdid it. Wear a knee brace. Don't put any stress on it. Keep an eye. A minor inflammation should pass within a week or two.
    Knees are not easily fixed, so don't be careless about this.

    Thanks for the response. I've been searching everywhere for my knee brace. Guess it would be worth getting a new one.

    30ds can be killer if you have knee issues. When I was doing it, I bought a rebounder which helped considerably. I also did the the exercises barefoot. You should seriously give it a try. I was AMAZED at the difference it made on knees.
